To provide and promote an environment that supports the concepts of character, ethics, sportsmanship, and virtuous behavior, both inside and outside the competition arena.
To
lead by example at all times.
To
develop and enforce a written code of conduct that stresses the importance of
good character and specifies ethical obligations, and virtuous expectations.
To
teach coaches, referees, athletes, parents and spectators, that good character,
ethics, sportsmanship and virtues are essential to honorable athletic
competition, and that “Victory without Honor”, is empty and unworthy. To
teach a program that utilizes the concepts of character, ethics, sportsmanship
and the virtues of; honor, truth, courage, spirit, integrity, honesty, respectfulness, courtesy,
civility, class responsibility, fair play, empathy, compassion, kindness,
unselfishness, teamwork and playing by the rules.
To
publicly hold seminars, clinics and summer camps to accomplish our goals of
education.
To
organize tournaments that reflect, and uphold our philosophies. To only allow
those that uphold these philosophies to participate. “Abolish the
NEGATIVE”-“Uphold the POSITIVE”
To develop competition teams and competitions internationally that adhere to these beliefs.
